Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the window hereby permitted by this consent shall have a painted finish and details of the colour shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to this work commencing.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
