That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Rose Cottage, 16 Old London Road, Benson as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON7 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the windows and door shall be wooden and painted white and shall be in line with drawing reference no. 02 14 17 (as amended) submitted on 10 March 2004.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any further work commences.
