Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That prior to the first use of the building as a cookery school the parking provision shall be laid as shown on the drawings accompanying application P04/E0050 and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
be in accordance with policies G10 and E4 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan and T1 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
(second deposit draft).
That the use hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as a cookery school, by the occupiers of New Farm, Badgemore, Rotherfield Greys.
Reason: That planning permission is granted having regard to the details
accompanying the application and to be in accordance with
policies G1, C2, C11 and E4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
and G2, C2 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
(second deposit draft).
That a detailed specification of the type, design and materials of the disabled ramp shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the ramp as approved shall be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to the first use of the building as a cookery school.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
be in accordance with policies C2, C11 and E4 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan and C2 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan 2011 (second deposit draft).
A detailed specification of the type, design and materials of the waste bin compound shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the approved compound shall be installed prior to the first use of the building as a cookery school.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
be in accordance with policies C2, C11 and E4 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan and C2 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan 2011 (second deposit draft).
