Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, incidental to the dwellinghouse and shall not be used for any commercial or business use or any other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage building hereby permitted shall not be used for or converted to habitable residential accommodation. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall not be used until the external timber boarding has been stained to match the colour of the existing house. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roof shall not be tiled until a sample of the tiles to be used on the roof of the building hereby permitted has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
