Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That within six months of the cessation of its use for telecommunications purposes, any equipment including the mast shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment. Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the open and rural character of the Green Belt and in accordance with Policies G1 and GB3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the mast and dish housings shall be finished in non-reflective materials details of which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the equipment. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with Policy G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
