Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes any equipment, including the mast shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment. Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the character of the area.

That the mast and dish housings shall be finished in non-reflective materials details of which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities.

That the existing trees, their root systems and hedges on the land shall be protected in accordance with British Standard 5837/1991 Trees in Relation to Construction and in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to and retained during construction of the new mast and removal of the existing. Reason: To safeguard the trees and hedges which are visually important in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
