That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That a sample of the stain used to finish the timber monopole shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work and thereafter the fence shall be maintained as such. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenitites of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That when the installation is no longer required in association with its existing function it shall be removed, and the land restored to its former state within 3 months of this time. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
