Planning Permission on 3rd November 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the proposed mast and cabin shall be painted green, to match the colour of the adjacent mast, and shall be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G15 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping, which shall include the provision of boundary fencing and the planting of native species hedge plants along the northeastern boundary of the site (adjacent to the field). The scheme shall be implemented as approved within the first planting season following the commencement of the development. In the event of any hedge plants dying within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development, they shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policies G15 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within 3 months of the equipment not being required for telecommunication purposes, it shall be removed from the site, and the site shall be restored to its former condition. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G15 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
