Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That the antennas and radio equipment shall be removed and the land restored to its former state no longer than two months after the equipment is no longer required.

Reason: In order to safeguard the character and appearance of the area in 
               accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire 
               Local Plan.
