That the open areas surrounding the building shall be used for parking of vehicles, loading, unloading, manoeuvring and purposes only and no storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the building. Reason: To protect the openness of the Green Belt in accordance with Policy C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the use of the building shall be limited to the use defined in Class B2 of the Schedule of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, that is, for general industrial purposes only as specifed in the application. Reason: To limit the potential number of employees and traffic generation in accordance with Policies C11 and E4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the buildings shall remain in single occupation and shall not be subdivided or occupied separately in any way. Reason: To limit the number of employees on the site and traffic generation in accordance with Policies C11 and E4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
