That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.32/03 as shown on plan number P3 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.  

Reason: to ensure that details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending 31 March 2009 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state.

Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That the building be painted in accordance with a colour scheme to be approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development, and those colours shall not be changed without the written authority of the Head of Sustainable Development.  

Reason: To ensure the finish is compatible with the surrounding development.
