Decision
Planning Permission on 5th February 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That within 3 months of the first use of the building hereby permitted, the walls shall be clad in stained timber as specified in the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used for the storage of feedstuffs and the keeping of animals as specified in the applicant's letter dated 27 January 2004 only. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policy C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

No development shall be undertaken pursuant to planning permission dated 29 April 2003 issued in respect of application reference number P03/W0197. Reason: As the implementation of both developments would potentially result in an excessive amount of buildings on the land having regard to its location in the countryside, contrary to Policies G1 and C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
