That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse (Bakery Cottage, Stadhampton) as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
