Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Details of the colour scheme to be used on the shopfront shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1, Con 3, Con 8 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and in accordance with C7.0 of the Council's Traditional Shopfront Design Guide.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish the external door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1,Con 3, Con 8 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and in accordance with C7.0 of the Council's Traditional Shopfront Design Guide.
