The development would be overdominant, overbearing and visually obtrusive to the detriment of the amenities of the adjoining residential properties in Saxon Close. The proposal is contrary to policies G8 and E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G6 and E5 of the approved Local Plan 2011, Second Deposit Draft.
