Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That the conversion of garage to bedroom with ensuite, shall not be occupied until the parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on drawing no. 595/3; and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with
Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
