Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.27/03 as shown on plan numbers 5020010/930/001/004, 5020010/930/046/005, 5004548/930/001/001, 002 and 003 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the materials to be used for the roof and external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G2 (OSP2011); G2 (OSP2016); G1 and CF1 (SOLP); D1 (SOLP2011)).

That the School shall prepare a School Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the Travel Plans Development Team and must be put into operation by the start of the Autumn term 2004. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport (Policies: G2 and T1 (OSP2011)).

That no development shall take place within the application area until the applicant has secured the implementation of a staged programme of archaeological evaluation and mitigation measures in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the appropriate recording of matters of archaeological importance on the site. (Policy: CON18 (SOLP2011)).
