That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1, Con 8 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the gates and wall shall be erected in accordance with the details shown on drawing 0226-P03A received on 28 January 2004 Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with policies Con 8 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
