The door shall be installed in accordance with the approved detail and retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the finish reflects the historic character and fabric of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
