That within one month from the date of this permission details of the paint finish of the new external door shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  The door shall be installed in accordance with the approved detail and retained as such.

Reason: To ensure that the finish reflects the historic character and fabric of 
               the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 6 of the South 
               Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire 
               Local Plan 2011.
