That samples of the materials to be used for the walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1, Con 8 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the gates and wall shall be erected in accordance with the details shown on drawing 0226-P03A received on 28 January 2004. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with policies Con 8 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
