Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the installation of the satellite dish, the details of the brick test shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority to enable comments to be made on the method of attachment to the fabric of the chimney. Reason: To safeguard the historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of works details of the colour and external finish of the timberwork on the shopfrontage and the font of the vinyl lettering shall be submitted to and approved in writng by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building and the conservation area in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
