Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted the en-suite window in the south east elevation shall be glazed with obscure glass and the glazing incorporated in the window shall thereafter be retained and maintained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
