Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the rear (northern) and west elevation of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Lomond House as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy H11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and H11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
