The detail shall be submitted within one month from the date of this permission and the painting carried out in accordance with the approved detail within three months from the date of approval. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the historic building in accordance with policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
