Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That notwithstanding the requirements of condition 2 above the walls of the proposed garage shall be clad in featheredged timber boarding the finished treatment of which shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority before development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class 1 of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no windows shall be inserted in the north elevation of the extension facing No 87 Thame Road unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance
with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
