That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the feather edged boarding to be used in part on the south-east elevation of the extension shall be dark stained in a colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
