Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and in accordance
with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 1593/S202 all constructed, surfaced, laid out, retained and maintained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with
Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a sample of the materials to be used for the low brick wall and railings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To protect local amenity in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That within one month after the completion of the proposed access, use of the existing access shall cease and a hedge planted to close off the existing access point which shall not be used thereafter.
Reason: To protect local amenity in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
