Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building
and the Elsfield Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G8
and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, frame to the conservatory, rainwater goods and external vents shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to development commencing.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building
and the Elsfield Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G8
and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no development shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of all external walling materials to be used in the development. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed, and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building
and the Elsfield Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G8
and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
