Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all new windows, external doors and the wrought iron railings to the new stairway has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policies G1, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls in the front elevation to relocate the window and doorway shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policies G1, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfrdshire Local Plan.
That the stonework and mullions to the existing tack room window in the front elevation shall be salvaged for re-use to create the new window opening to the proposed tack room.
Reason : To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policies G1, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property The Priory, as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property in accordance with Policies G1 and CON7 of the adopted SouthOxfordshire Local Plan.
