That the metal flue hereby permitted shall be painted matt black within two months from the date of this permission and shall thereafter be retained as such
Reason: To help assimilate the development into its surroundings in
accordance with policies CON7, CON8 and CON10 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies CON5, CON7 and CON10
of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Warborough Cottage as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate
standards of amenity and privacy and to comply with policies G1 and
H18 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies G2 and H5
of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
