That, having regard to the size and scale of the proposed two storey extension in relation to the original dwelling, the development would not appear sufficiently subservient to and would be appear out of keeping with the scale, proportions and design of the main dwelling. The proposed extension would make the original dwelling appear physically cramped within its plot and would detract from the spacious character and appearance of the street scene so being contrary to policies G1and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011second deposit draft and Section 4.6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
