Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance
of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with
Policies G1, CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance
of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with
Policies G1, CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That prior to the commencement of work a schedule of works for the remodelling of the rear lean-to extension and the remedial repairs to the front and flank elevations shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The schedule of works shall include a full photographic record of the fabric to be affected.
Reason: To safeguard the historic character and appearance of the listed
building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and H12 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of works on the site a full photographic record shall be made of the panelling to Bedroom 1 and submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that a full record of the building is made in accordance with
Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
