Planning Permission on 30th September 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the plinth wall shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, notwithstanding the provisions of Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the glazing to the roof and walls of the conservatory shall be retained as shown on the approved drawings and the walls shall not be filled in nor shall the roof be covered by any other material unless a planning application has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
