Planning Permission on 16th September 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That constructional details of the turret shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That this permission is granted as an alternative to the development granted planning permission by decision notice dated 21 January 2003 issued in respect of application P02/W01020 and that in the event of any development being undertaken to implement that permission this permission shall lapse and become void. Reason: That the implementation of both permissions would result in a visually incongruous form of development, which would detract form the character of the existing property contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
