That the wall hereby permitted shall be finished in a cement render details of which shall have first been agreed with the Local Planning Authority within one month from the date of this permission. Details shall include the finish and the shade of the final paint wash.  The works shall be completed in accordance with the approved detail within three months from the date of approval.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with policy CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local
               Plan 1997 and policy CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local 
               Plan 2011.
