That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date of this permission, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submited to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any further application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policy C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
