That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That all new rooflights shall be conservation style and shall be so retained.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building and 
               the Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON6 of the 
               South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the accommodation hereby provided shall be occupied by the manager or staff in connection with Waterstock training centre and shall not be occupied or used separately.

Reason: As a separate unit of accommodation would not be appropriate in
               this location in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South 
               Oxfordshire Local Plan.
