Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the timber to be used for the frame of the conservatory be of the same colour as that used on the external joinery of the existing property. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, a detailed cross section of the glazing bars shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
