That the proposed conservatory would be an inappropriate domestic addition to this former farm building which would detract from the character and appearance of this listed building.  As such the proposal would be contrary to Policy Con 6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy Con 4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit Draft and advice in Section BC8 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
