That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials resulting from the demolition of the building shall be removed from the land within one month of the commencement of the works and the land left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Brightwell-cum- Sotwell Conservation Area in accordance with Policy Con 9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
