Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan,
2011, Second Deposit Draft.
That prior to the first use of the extension hereby permitted, the porch and veranda shall be demolished and the materials removed from the land.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan,
2011, Second Deposit Draft.
That this permission is granted as an alternative to the permission dated
11 March 2003 granted in respect of application P02/N0442 and that in the event of any works commencing in respect of the implementation of that permission, this permission shall lapse and become void.
Reason: To comply with planning policy in respect of the Green Belt in
accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan,
2011, Second Deposit Draft.
