Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes or used as habitable accommodation unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with policies G1, H6 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the timber boarding shall be dark stained and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage building hereby approved shall only be used for the garaging of private vehicles and for storage ancillary to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Developmnt) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no additional windows, doors or rooflights shall be constructed in the building other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To protect local amenities and to comply with policies G1 and H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
