That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That a method statement be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work commencing.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance
of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with
Policy Con 6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the exact areas for rebuilding shall be first agreed in writing on site with the Local Planning Authority prior to any work commencing.

That the areas of brickwork to be rebuilt shall match that of the front elevation of the building in bonding technique.
