That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That a minimum of two parking spaces per unit shall be provided and thereafter kept available for each unit. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garden area at the rear of the site shall be retained and kept available for use by the occupiers of 8 Croft Villas as specified by the applicant's letter dated 16 August 2003. Reason: To ensure satisfactory standards of amenity for the occupiers of 8 Croft Villas in accordance with Policy H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
