That the doors and windows shall be painted in a traditional colour, a sample of which shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON8, CON10 and CON15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
