Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That no music lessons shall take place after 1400 hours on Saturdays and no lessons whatsoever on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason: To ensure that the use is not unneighbourly through disturbance from
traffic generation in accordance with policies G7 and E9 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies EP2 and E7 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the 'potting shed' shall be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever including music lessons.
Reason: As the use of the 'potting shed' for purposes other than incidental
to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse would represent an
undesirable neighbourly nuisance and result in inadequate
standards of amenity in accordance with policies G7 and E9 of
the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies EP2 and E7
of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
