Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the method of construction of the staircase shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to such works commencing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That this development shall not take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of the proposed materials to be used. The sample panel shall be erected on site and retained until the development is complete and the development shall be constructed in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
