Within 3 months of the date of this decision, the unauthorised wooden decking shall be removed/modified to reduce the area of decking to that shown on plan 2775.03B accompanying agent's letter dated 27 November 2003, and the down-stand fascias removed from the sides, all to be retained and maintained as modified.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G1 and C5 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the jetty shall be used for the mooring of one vessel only, and for no other purpose.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That the jetty woodwork shall not be stained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies C2 and C4 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That within the first planting season following the date of this permission, a reed bed shall be planted in accordance with the details shown on plan 2775.03B accompanying agent's letter dated 27 November 2003, and shall be so retained. In the event of the plants dying they shall be replaced within the following planting season in accordance with the approved scheme.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy C5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That no trees shall be removed from the land except to enable use of the existing path down from the bridlepath.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies C2 and C5 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
