Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That those wall panels to be obscure glazed shall be obscure glazed prior to the first occupation and use of the conservatory and shall thereafter be retained as such.

Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance 
               with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
