That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 5012500/921/004/3581A, 3580, 3582 and 3583 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Assistant Director (Land Use Planning) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 30 June 2008 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That the School shall update its School Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Assistant Director (Land Use Planning) following consultation with the TravelWise team and must be put into operation by the start of the Autumn term 2004. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport.
